As we all know, its quite impossible to find fresh flowers without pesticide/or difficult to verify the source of flowers.
We can wrap all flower stems with aluminium foil & cling wrap those surfaces which will touch your cake first.
Another way is to insert your flower stem into a large bubble tea straw and then insert it into your cake.
