All pans are deep cake pans and can be used to make sponge cakes, pound butter cakes, cheesecakes or mousse cakes too.
All bottoms are removable hence there is no risk of cake being stuck inside pan.
To remove cake, run a flat palette knife by the sides of the pan. Push up the bottom and cake comes out from pan.

Tip : How to choose the right cake box
Alway choose an extra inch or 2 inches box bigger than your cake.
For example, if your cake is 8 inches, the rule of thumb is to choose a 10 inch box so that the box doesn't accidentally smudge your cake decoration.
