To make a hollow heart shell as what is shown in video, use a coloured melted compound/cooking chocolate and pour into mould to coat everywhere, drain excess chocolate. Keep in fridge for at least 15 mins due to our hot weather then unmould. video credit to @sheri_wilson_for demonstrating her work

Tip : How to choose the right cake box
Alway choose an extra inch or 2 inches box bigger than your cake.
For example, if your cake is 8 inches, the rule of thumb is to choose a 10 inch box so that the box doesn't accidentally smudge your cake decoration.
