This large cooling rack is food grade black coated steel and great to use with hot pans & trays just out from the oven. The grid-like surface won't let small baked goods fall through while allowing air to circulate from all sides so everything cools quickly and evenly. You can also use it like a sieve when glazing cakes, just set a tray underneath to catch the extra glaze and reuse later.
