To make chocolate melted madeleines as shown, first bake your madeleines following a madeleine recipe. Then melt compound/cooking chocolate and pipe a little melted chocolate into the pan (fill about 1/3 of cavity), insert your cooled baked madeleines back onto tray and set in the fridge or at room temperature. Once chocolate has set, remove your madeleines.

Tip : How to choose the right cake box
Alway choose an extra inch or 2 inches box bigger than your cake.
For example, if your cake is 8 inches, the rule of thumb is to choose a 10 inch box so that the box doesn't accidentally smudge your cake decoration.
