For baking pans with non-stick coating we will recommend using a oil-based recipe such as pound cake, butter marble cake etc.

For aluminium pans (no non-stick coating), these are suitable for all types of cakes including batter cake, chiffon cakes, sponge cakes. Do take note, chiffon cakes expand in the hot oven by climbing the sides of pan and a non-stick coated pan may reduce expansion of gases in your cake batter.
